プライバシーポリシー — アンテナモニター for Starlink

アンテナモニター for Starlink（英語名 Dish Monitor for Starlink）は、利用者の個人情報を集めません。

集めない・送らない

氏名、メールアドレス、連絡先、写真、閲覧履歴などの個人情報を収集しません。利用状況の記録（テレメトリ）も送信しません。広告は表示しません。アカウントの登録も必要ありません。

通信する相手

このアプリが通信するのは、次の 2 か所だけです。

  • お使いの Starlink アンテナ（家庭内ネットワークの 192.168.100.1）。アンテナの状態・履歴・障害物マップを読み取ります。この通信は家庭内ネットワークの中で完結し、インターネットには出ません。
  • CelesTrak（celestrak.org）。「障害物マップ」で衛星を表示するときに、公開されている Starlink 衛星の軌道データを 12 時間に 1 回ほどダウンロードします。こちらから送る情報は、通常の Web ページを見るときと同じもの（IP アドレスなど）だけで、設置場所やアンテナの情報は送りません。

位置情報（設置場所）

衛星の方向を計算するために、アンテナの設置場所（緯度・経度）を使います。場所は、利用者が入力したもの、または Starlink アプリで許可されている場合にアンテナから読み取ったものです。この場所はお使いの PC の中だけで計算に使い、外部に送ることはありません。

PC の中に保存されるもの

次のものを、お使いの PC の中に保存します。外部に送られることはありません。

  • 速度・遅延などの記録（直近 8 日分。古いものは自動で消えます）と、衛星の軌道データ
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\StarlinkTray\
  • 設定（通知のオン・オフ、表示言語など）と、入力した設置場所
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\StarlinkTray

アプリを削除したあと、これらを消したい場合は、上のフォルダーとレジストリのキーを削除してください。設置場所だけを消すときは、アプリの「設置場所…」の画面で「削除」を押してください。

Privacy Policy (English)

Dish Monitor for Starlink (Japanese name: アンテナモニター for Starlink) does not collect personal information about you.

Nothing collected, nothing sent

The app collects no personal information such as your name, e-mail address, contacts, photos or browsing history. It sends no usage data (telemetry). It shows no advertising. It requires no account.

What the app connects to

The app talks to only two places:

  • Your Starlink dish on your local network (192.168.100.1), to read its status, history and obstruction map. This traffic stays inside your home network and never goes to the internet.
  • CelesTrak (celestrak.org), to download public orbit data for Starlink satellites about once every 12 hours when you show satellites on the obstruction map. The only information sent is what any web request sends (such as your IP address); your location and dish information are not sent.

Location

To compute where satellites are in your sky, the app uses the location of your dish (latitude and longitude), either entered by you or read from the dish if you allowed that in the Starlink app. The location is used only for calculations on your PC and is never sent anywhere.

What is stored on your PC

  • Recorded throughput, latency and similar data (the last 8 days; older data is deleted automatically) and the downloaded orbit data:

  • Settings (notifications, display language, and so on) and the location you entered:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\StarlinkTray

Nothing stored there ever leaves your PC. To remove it after uninstalling the app, delete that folder and that registry key. To remove only the location, press “Clear” in the app’s “Location…” dialog.

The About dialog contains links to the app’s home page (Dish Monitor for Starlink) and to CelesTrak (celestrak.org). Clicking one opens your default browser.
