フライング寿司（英語名 Flying Sushi）は、利用者の情報を一切集めません。
集めない・送らない
このアプリはネットワークに接続しません。氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先、写真、閲覧履歴、利用状況など、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。利用状況の記録（テレメトリ）も送信しません。広告は表示しません。アカウントの登録も必要ありません。
PC の中に保存されるもの
皿の数・大きさ・流れる速さなどの設定を、お使いの PC の中の次の場所に保存します。この内容が外部に送られることはありません。

アプリを削除したあと、この設定ファイルを消したい場合は、上のフォルダーごと削除してください。
画面に出る「お会計」は回転寿司の演出で、実際のお金のやりとりは一切ありません。
外部へのリンク
「バージョン情報」の画面に、作者のホームページ（www.ikehouse.co.jp）と、同じ作者の チューチューマウス for Windows へのリンクがあります。クリックすると、お使いの既定のブラウザーまたは Microsoft Store が開きます。リンクをクリックしない限り、通信は発生しません。

Privacy Policy (English)
Flying Sushi (Japanese name: フライング寿司) collects no information about you whatsoever.
Nothing collected, nothing sent
This app does not connect to the network. It collects no personal information of any kind – no name, e-mail address, location, contacts, photos, browsing history or usage data. It sends no telemetry. It shows no advertising. It requires no account.
What is stored on your PC
Your settings (how many plates, their size and speed) are stored on your own PC at:
%APPDATA%\sushi_ya\sushi.ini
Nothing in that file ever leaves your machine. If you want to remove it after uninstalling the app, delete that folder.
The on-screen “bill” is part of the conveyor-belt-sushi theme. No real money is involved anywhere in the app.
Links to the web
The About dialog contains a link to the author’s home page (www.ikehouse.co.jp) and a link to the author’s other app, Tyutyu Mouse for Windows. Clicking one opens your default browser or the Microsoft Store. No network traffic occurs unless you click.
